The portal now provides a comprehensive overview of all your shipments and key information, all in one place. These updates are designed to better meet the needs of our customers, offering smarter tools and an improved user experience.
The following information can easily be accessed from the start page in the customer portal:
- Get real-time updates on ETA and ETD, making it easy to track the status of your shipments and spot any changes.
- View exceptions, such as arrival delays, potential extra charges, holds, and departure delays.
- Use the chat function to communicate directly with your freight forwarder and easily upload or share documents. You can also receive reminders for container pick-up or drop-off.
- Get a visual overview of all your active shipments on an interactive map, where you can see their status and access detailed information by clicking on specific areas.
- A calendar displaying arrivals and departures for shipments and containers, giving you a clear view of important dates.
